Woohoo indeed!! Anyone that's looking for a safe and reliable towing in Chicago definitely needs to deal with Towing Chicago. Mr car was all the way in the south side (I live in Edgewater up north) and I had all types of concerns with transporting my car (expensive car). I called them, a VERY polite lady picked up the phone and 25 minutes later my car was being towed! The driver was very nice and it looked like he really cared about my car. He did everything in a very professional way, took his time and made sure nothing bad happens to my car. Hopefully I won't need a towing services anytime soon but I will definitely use them again and let everyone know that Towing Chicago is the right place to call. Keep up the great service! A+++++++ .

Towing Chicago had my car towed today from 1-94 . The dispatch guy (Emil) was professional, and let me know five minutes before the tow truck was to arrive and called again to see if we found each other. The tow truck driver- Joe was the best! Right away he got out of his truck smiling and was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He got my car up on the tow in no time and we were on our way! We were in the truck for an hour, and it was the post painless drive I've ever had in a tow truck. He was so accommodating, I swear it was like riding with a buddy you haven't seen in a while. Very professional, super friendly, and overall a very pleasant experience! Put Towing Chicago phone number in you phone now, so the next time you need it, you've got it!

My car broke down at 2:00 am on the south side of Chicago. I looked up for emergency towing on the internet and I've found towing Chicago. I called them up, the dispatch was very friendly and helpful and asked me a few questions about what happened to my car to decide which truck to send. He said the truck would be there in 30 minutes, 20 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver was very professional and made sure my car wouldn't be damaged. I had to sign some papers and I was done. The driver took my car to my mechanic. I will recommend towing chicago to everyone and definitely use them again if i have to (hopefully not) Thank you for the great service.

I found Towing Chicago on Yelp and I called them first because of all their positive reviews...and they were all true! Towing Chicago business practices are outstanding. They answers all calls very pleasant. Gave me a very reasonable rate and then at the completion of the job, They gave me a discount, because they wanted to save me money!!! Amazing. Really sweet, super professional, no-BS guy. Made a situation that could have been very stressful, just the opposite. Very upstanding company. I could not recommend him any higher. Trust me you won't regret bringing your business Towing Chicago!!

Great service!! It was fast efficient and very friendly!! We had a flat tire on the side of the road we called Towing 24 Hour Chicago and they were extremely helpful from the first moment I called to The gentleman that fixed the tire, he was extremely helpful and was open to answer any question we had. Both the company and the operator were five stars and I highly recommend them :) .
